191002 Hi Pointe - Retail Shell

Construction of a new 5,500 sf retail shell building for which work items include (but may not be limited to): concrete foundations, concrete flatwork, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, membrane roofing, sheet metal, awnings, caulking, EIFS, doors/frames/hardware, aluminum & glass, drywall/metal studs/insulation, acoustical ceiling, painting, toilet accessories, plumbing, HVAC, electric. No site work. Scope to terminate 5’ outside building (utility lines, etc.). Include an alternate for the trash enclosure and for site lighting. Include delivery schedule for long lead time items.
