P2103002 VCA Advanced - Hannibal

Project includes interior renovation with exterior improvements for VCA Animal Hospital in Hannibal, MO. Please be advised of the
Construction Phase Plan on Sheet A0.4. The hospital will be remaining open and operating through the duration of construction.
Mechanical Contractors: Please be advised that the medical gas equipment is shown in the Plumbing sheets. Please review medical
gas equipment and include in your mechanical bid.
Carpentry Contractors: Please include labor hours for installation of all owner/medical equipment including, but not limited to: dog
runs/cages, artwork, tackwall surfaces, blocking and structural support for ceiling mounted equipment, appliances,etc.
The PM, Nick Ellis, will be visiting the site Monday 11/15 at 9:30 AM. All bidders are welcome to attend.
