23057 Lot 4a / Lot 7

Core, shell, and site work for lot 4a 3,500 sqft (Sleep Number) and 9,800 sqft building on lot 7. Subcontractors bidding to breakout each building as separate number. Site work contractors to see additional sitework / utilities needed on Phase 1. Please make reference to Request for Proposal from the owner, as it contains specific bidding information. If bidding each building and site, please provide to us any cost savings for doing both projects.
