P25088 Belleville Municipal Renovations

Scope of work includes replacement of (86) heat pump and water heaters in apartment units at 2 building locations (115 N 47th St & 114 S Church St), including thermostats, ductwork, drywall soffits with metal framing for ductwork concealment. Also includes replacement of the rooftop cooling tower units at both buildings in their entirety, including all related controls and accessories per plan.
