P25086 St Clair Readiness Center

Scope of work includes demo of existing walls, ceilings, all glazed tile, 3 restrooms, offices and classroom per plans including required hazardous abatement. New framing, drywall, ACT & drywall ceilings, etc. Full rework of MEP's including new AHU's, ductwork, lighting, wiring, plumbing including new 2" CW connection, underground sanitary, and repair of exisitng clay pipe seperation. Bids due 9/29/25, last day for RFI's is 9/19-direct RFI's to PM.
