Upgrades to existing restrooms in the St. Louis Public Schools District. There are a total of 8 sites among the 2 sets of plans(5 schools in Package A and 3 in Package B). PLEASE BID ALL SITES(If for some reason you can only bid one package please note this!!!). Upgrades include Demo, Toilet Partitions, Ceilings, Drywall Repair, Flooring, Wall Tile, Paint, Toilet Accessories, New Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Doors, Finish Carpentry(for accessory install).
