Project consists of exterior improvements including front façade upgrades with demo, storefront, doors, framing, sheathing, masonry, EIFS, sheet metal, site concrete, painting, roofing, etc. Also includes grading, storm sewer work, etc. an dinterior wrok including framing, drywall, taping, etc. Site Walk through scheduled for 10/27/23 @ 11:00 PM/ THis work is the setup for completing the interior TI finishes for the Marshalls and Five Below spaces with plans to come at a later date.
