Project to bid as 3 separate bids. #1 New Headquaters building and all site utilities to within 5' of projects #2 & #3. #2 to include the Maintenance Building to include bringing all utilities into the building. #3 to include the training tower and bringing in all required utilities. Please include 3 separate proposals, 1  for each phase of work.
