Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to an educational facility in Union, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,400-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility. New 7,400 SF storm shelter addition to the existing Central Elementary School Building. The project consists of a single-story ICC-500 rated storm shelter with an ICF shell and concrete lid.
